Affiliate Partner Agreement

1. Who This Is Between

This agreement is between AIjoor ("we", "us") and you, the affiliate partner ("you"). It applies from the moment you submit an application and continues until either side ends it under clause 11.

You are an independent partner. This agreement does not make you an employee, agent or representative of AIjoor, and it does not give you authority to make commitments on our behalf.

2. Joining the Programme

Applying does not make you a partner. We review every application and may accept or decline it for any reason. Your referral link only becomes active once your application is approved.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. How Referrals Are Tracked

You will be given a unique referral link. A user is credited to you when they arrive through that link and create an AIjoor account.

• A user can only ever be attributed to one partner. The first partner whose link they arrive through is credited.
• If a user already has an AIjoor account, they cannot be re-attributed to you.
• Attribution depends on the user reaching us through your link. We cannot credit referrals you cannot evidence this way.

4. What You Earn

You earn 20% of the value of every subscription payment made by a user attributed to you, for 12 months from the date that user signed up.

• Commission applies to every plan we offer, at the same rate.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually charged, after any discount or promotion.
• Payments made by a user after the 12-month window closes do not earn commission.
• Commission on payments in a currency other than Naira is converted at the rate we publish in the programme settings at the time.

We may change the commission rate, the window or the payout terms. If we do, we will tell you first, and the change will only apply to referrals made after it takes effect — never retrospectively to commission you have already earned.

5. When You Get Paid

• Commission is held for 7 days after it is earned, to cover refunds and chargebacks. During this period it shows as pending.
• Once matured, it is paid out automatically every Monday. There is no withdrawal button and nothing for you to request.
• The minimum payout is ₦2,000. Below that, your balance stays and rolls into the following week.
• Payments go to the Nigerian bank account you add in the partner portal. Keeping those details correct is your responsibility.
• The bank transfer fee is deducted from your payout. Your payout history shows the amount earned, the fee and the amount sent.

6. Refunds and Reversals

If a payment that earned you commission is later refunded, reversed or charged back, that commission is cancelled.

If it has not yet been paid to you, it is simply removed. If it has already been paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

7. How You May Promote AIjoor

You may share your link on your own channels — social media, messaging groups, a website, a channel or community you run.

You must not:

• Promise or imply that AIjoor guarantees winnings, profit, or any particular success rate. Our published accuracy record is the only performance claim you may repeat, and you must not alter it.
• Describe AIjoor as a way to make money, get rich, or recover losses.
• Promote to anyone under 18, or in any place where sports betting is unlawful.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or use automated mass-messaging tools.
• Represent yourself as AIjoor, use our name in a way that suggests you are us, or create accounts, pages or profiles that appear to be official.
• Bid on "AIjoor" or similar terms in paid search advertising.
• Offer cash, rebates or other inducements for signing up through your link.
• Use misleading claims, fake screenshots, fabricated results or invented testimonials.

Because our product relates to betting, how you promote it matters to us more than how much you promote it. Misleading promotion harms users and damages our standing, and we will end a partnership over it.

8. Referrals That Don't Count

We will withhold or reverse commission, and may suspend your account, where we reasonably believe a referral is not genuine. That includes:

• Referring yourself, or accounts you control, directly or through someone else.
• Accounts created with false details, or in bulk.
• Payments made with stolen or unauthorised cards.
• Any attempt to manipulate how referrals are tracked.

9. Your Tax and Legal Position

Commission is paid gross. Any tax owed on what you earn is yours to declare and pay. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules on advertising betting-related services.

10. Confidentiality and Data

You will see aggregate information about the users you refer — how many signed up, and what commission they generated. You will not be given their personal details, and you must not attempt to identify, contact or market to them using anything you learn through the programme.

11. Suspension and Ending the Agreement

You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this agreement or if we discontinue the programme.

If we end the agreement because you breached clause 7 or 8, we may withhold unpaid commission. Otherwise, commission you have properly earned before the agreement ends will be paid out on the normal schedule.

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic or conversion. The programme is provided as it is, and we may change how it works, including the tools and reporting available to you.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
